McGlade of Astoria, Alexandra E. Waller of Mill Valley, Anastasia L. McGlade of Los Angeles and Larissa P. McGlade of Eugene, Oregon.; and his great grandchildren, Vanessa and Olivia Waller of Mill Valley, CA..
