He is survived by: his children, Margaret Graham of Edinburgh, Gwen Pier (Arthur "Woody" Pier) of Manhattan, Bruce Graham (Debra Coleman) of Connecticut and Eric Putzig (Brian McLaughlin) of Spain; his stepgranddaughters, Emily and Katherine Pier; his nephew Mark Putzig; and his niece Heidi Hassen.
