He is survived by: his father Anthony Provenzano (Kathy); his wife Chelsea; his children, Andrew and Ella; his siblings, James (Maria) and Kathleen; his nieces and nephews, AJ of Alex, JJ and Nicholas; his parents-in-law, James Matthews and Debra Matthews; and his brother-in-law William Matthews (Laura).
