He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Cuoco and Rose Cuoco. He is survived by: his family Hawthorne; his wife Rosemarie Pace; his children, Susan, Lori (Mario), Tony and Chris (Patty); his grandchildren, Carla, Susan, Matthew, Sam and Lucy; and his great grandchild Ellie. He is also survived by One of 12 children.
