She was predeceased by: her parents, Rafael Rodriguez and Mercedes Rodriguez (Cuellar). She is survived by: her husband Armando Galvan; her children, Rachel Artica, Jose Acevedo and Yolanda Acevedo; her grandchildren, Victoria Mercedes Artica, Tyerel Noel Wilson, Sarah Raquel Wilson, Christian Acevedo, Jonathan Benfer, Jasmine Acevedo Gonzalez, Angel Gabriel Acevedo Gonzalez, Izabella Bishop, Anabella Bishop and Manolo Saldana Acevedo; and her sisters, Araceli Rodriguez, Rita Guzman of Colorado, Erlinda Zuniga and Margarita Aldaco. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Raquel's name to Hospice of Orleans, P.O.Box 489, Albion, NY 14411.
