She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Shutt and Gretta Shutt (Decker); and her husband Kermit Fraser. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Fraser of Lyndonville, David Fraser (Kim) of North Syracuse and Meredith Pratt (David) of Wells, VT; her grandchildren, Tristan, Cade, Cameron and Zachary; and her great grandchildren, Lydia and Harper. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
