She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Livingston Joseph Smith and Bessie June Smith (Collins); her husband Joel Beeby; and her siblings, Harold Smith (Pat), Edwin Smith (Beverly), Marylou Smith Rupple (Richard), Robert, Wally-A. Smith and Sally Kubatek.
She is survived by: her stepson Robert Beeby-Cook (Jennifer); her daughters, Joanne Martinez (Tony) and Jeannie Beeby-McNeil (Mark); her grandchildren, Joel Martinez (Autumn), Jami Martinez, Courtney McNeil, Jodi Schook (Tyler), Carrie Ann Covert (Jake), Tony Martinez, Jr., Caitlyn McNeil, Toby Martinez, Tadd Martinez, Conner McNeil and Colleen Joelle McNeil; her great grandchild Sophie Schook; her sisters, Muriel Newman (late Keith) and Patricia Suzanne (Gary); and her siblings-in-law, Richard Kubatek and Jenny Smith.
