He was predeceased by: his parents, George Collins and Francis Collins; and his wife Joyce Collins. He is survived by: his children, William C. Collins Jr. of Lakeland, FL and Susan Simon of Brick, NJ; and his grandchildren, Rachel Simon and David Simon.
