He was predeceased by: his parents, Harriet Gibson Kelly and Eugene Kelly Sr.; his sister Ruth Harwell (Richard Harwell); and his nephew Mark Harwell. He is survived by: his wife Joan Baldwin; his former wife Lillian Trethaway; his daughters, Nancy Lyons (Donald), Susan Heinrich (John) and Kerry Smith (Brian); his grandchildren, Tyler, Scott, Gregory, Emily, Olivia and Caroline; and his great grandchildren, Madison and Mason.
