He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd R. Manzer and Lula B Manzer; and his sisters, Carol Manzer and Noreen Crane. He is survived by: his wife Gloria A Zehr; his daughters, Tammy Bien (William) of Harrisburg, PA, Melissa Parsons (Daryl) of Syracuse, NY and Nicole Manzer (Stan Spencer) of Lowville, NY; his grandchildren, Matthew McDonald, Marcus McDonald, Bella Bien, Adam Terrillion (Keely Terrillion), Madison Terrillion (Sam Widrick), Alexis Parsons and Riley Spencer; his great grandchild Harper; and his friends, Molly Williams, Cindy and Steve Davoy.
