He was predeceased by: his parent Sharon Foote; his stepfather Dorrance E. DeLawyer; his stepson Randy B. Hellinger, Jr.; and his mother-in-law Genevieve D. Mushtare. He is survived by: his wife Janice Elaine Mushtare; his parent Sharon DeLawyer; his brother Jason DeLawyer (Hannah); and his father-in-law Edward Mushtare. He is also survived by uncles, cousins.
