He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon A. Kampney Buckingham; his children, Tina, Theresa and Glenn Jr.; his brothers, Richard, Ambrose, Anthony, Gilbert and Ronald Buckingham; and his parents, Henry Buckingham and Kathryn Schwendy Buckingham.
He is survived by: his children, Ginger M. Halko (Dennis) of Croghan, Eugene M. Buckingham (Tammy) of Carthage and Gina K. Buckingham (Peter Willsie) of Carthage; his granddaughter Leanna Turck (Timothy); his children, Derek Halko (Courtney Woodard), Samantha Halko, Dalton Lampson and Autumn Buckingham; his great grandchildren, Andrew and Avery Turck; his grandchildren, Ryan Moore, Scarlett Balleck and Dorien Halko; and his sisters, Mary K. Williams of Carthage, Anna Mae Rigabar of Carthage, Rose Marie Ball of Carthage, Betty Edwards of Binghamton and Susie Thompson (John) of West Virginia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
