He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Bower and Belle Bower; his former wife Mercedes; and his siblings, Dorothy Zipfel, Ruth Brown, Robert, Donald and Paul Bower.
He is survived by: his children, Paul, Anthony, Donald, Eric Bower, Barbara Bower and Marie Weber; and his wife Agnes Quinn. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
