He was predeceased by: his sons, Stephen M. Perkins and Charles S. "Chuck" Perkins; his sister Elizabeth "Betty Jane" Alliaume (Curtis); his great grandchild Scott Czajka, II; and his stepparents, Roderick L. Perkins, Charlie and Kathryn E. Stasse Perkins.
He is survived by: his friend Sharon Braund; his daughters, Shirley Czajka (Wayne) of Old Forge and Katharine Manning of Lowville; his stepson Matthew Betzler (Michelle Miller) of Pavillion, NY; his grandchildren, Scott Czajka (Jody Wetmore), Jennifer Palermo (Scott), C. Stasse Perkins (Katie) and Andrew Manning, II; his great grandchildren, Brayden, Kassel, Norah and Holden; his nephew Curtis Alliaume, Jr. (Karen); his niece Elizabeth "Betsy" Norgeot (Richard); his former wife Pauline M. Marshall; and his wife Sharon Braund. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and cousins.
