He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward W. Mushtare and Genevieve "Genny" Mushtare (LaFlair). He is survived by: his children, Scott M. Mushtare (Cortney) of Palm Coast, FL, Nichole L. Mushtare of Lowville and Karissa L. Fahey (Tyler) of Lowville; his grandchildren, Noah, Brody, Seth Mushtare, Braxton Peters, Cyrus Mushtare, Kaibree, Xander Gaba, Kaideric and Onyx Fahey; his siblings, Bruce (Mary Jo), Rickey (Cindy), Randy Mushtare (Elaine), Janice Foote (late Jamie T.) and Terri Davis (Jeff); and his close friend Timothy Gaba, Sr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
