She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth and Bernard; and her stepson Edward. She is survived by: her children, Vicky and Thomas; her husband Robert; her children-in-law, Samantha and Patrick; her stepson John; her siblings, Gerri and Kevin; her nieces, Nicole, Jennifer and Lauren; and her grandchildren, Chris, Anna, Benjamin and Aiden.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations to be made in Patricia's name to Trustbridge Hospice Foundation http://trustbridge.com so that they can continue to help other families find peace and comfort.
