She was predeceased by: her husband Walter W. Forshee Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Lance Shay (Sue), Greg Shay and Carol Acomb (Doug); and her stepchildren, Walter Forshee Jr (Marian), Suzanne Zitrick (Richard), Sharon Forshee, Betsy Arena (Ralph), Wayne Forshee (Cindy) and David Forshee (Val). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
