She was predeceased by: her mother Anna Vermillion (Sereluca); her significant other Robert J. Miano, Sr.; and her sisters, Carmella Jane Vermillion, Mary Vermillion and Barbara Simone.
She is survived by: her children, Roberta Nabywaniec (Jim), Jenny Burrows (Charley) and Robert J. Miano, Jr. (Diane); her grandchildren, Michael (Carmyn) and Amanda Miano; and her great grandchild Izyah "Zaya" Miano. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In July 2006, Nancy officially retired but the Assumption Parish was her second home and only the world shutting down with the pandemic in 2019-2020 kept her from her beloved church and second home.
