She was predeceased by: her parents, Naomi May Bullard (Derby) and Edward Arthur Bullard, Sr.; and her brother Edward Arthur Bullard, Jr. (Frank). She is survived by: her children, Dr. Kyndall N. Mammah (Lawrence) of Plantation, FL, Brian D. Frank of North Syracuse, NY, Carlton D. Frank, II of Boston, MA and Kyara N. Frank of Coral Springs, FL.; and her brothers, Lee and Maurice. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, friends.
