She was predeceased by: her husband Russell A. De Forest, Sr.; her siblings, Shirley Pirong and Edward Danquer; her grandson Gary Villeneuve; and her sons-in-law, Robert Felicia and Keith Hollis.
She is survived by: her children, Russell Jr. (Sharon), Steven (Cheryl), Brian (Sherry), Kevin (Melissa), Jaime (Michael), Lynn, Kim (Dan), Tracey and Terry (Michael).
