Lena Gawlik Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 30, 2022, at the age of 94, Lena Gawlik of Liverpool, New York, born in East Syracuse, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Gawlik; and her siblings, Pauline, Rose Albanese, Frank and Michael.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Gawlik, Susan Gawlik and Richard Gawlik (Margaret Butler); her grandchildren, Ashleigh Murphy (Sean) and Oliver Gawlik (Eryn Leavens); and her sisters, Mary Basile, Antoinette Casciano and Rita Albanese. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Lena's memory to the Happy Compromise Farm + Sanctuary (http://www.happycompromisefarm.org), Francis House, or Hospice Foundation of Central New York.
