She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Cassidy and Kathryn Cassidy (Baker); and her siblings, Gerald, Leonard, Daniel Cassidy, Rita Cassidy, Mary Sullivan, Eileen Efner and Cathryn Niles.
She is survived by: her daughter Carol Seymour (Jim); her son-in-law Jim; her children, Karen Smith, Linda Crook (Kevin) and David LaSalle; her grandchildren, Heather, Tyler Smith, Jason (Megan), Morgan, Lauren Crook (Saccomanno), Jordan, Sarah Seymour, Kyle and Michael LaSalle; and her great grandchildren, Makenzie and Skylar Crook. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
