It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan T. Welch of Liverpool, New York, who passed away on September 9, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Malcolm "Mac" G. Welch; and her sons, David G. Welch and John Michael Welch. She is survived by: her daughters, Joanne Meyer of Liverpool, Therese Robinson of Manorville and Marianne Hayes of Liverpool. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
