He was predeceased by: his father Charles. He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Pendergast of Liverpool and Heather LaShomb (Jason) of Brewerton; the mother of his children Elaine Pendergast; his sister Nancy Courbat of Syracuse; his grandchildren, James, Nathan, Russell, Timothy Hyslop and Kaylee Bartlett; his pets, Laurie and Katie; and also Edward Hyslop. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
