He is survived by: his wife Margaret A. Smallman (Savage); his children, Christopher D. Smallman (Lori) and Jennifer L. Hanousek (Ted); his grandsons, Christopher M. Webster (Mikayla), Jacob M. Smallman and Justin D. Smallman; his great grandchildren, Payten and Grayson; and his nieces, Emily Sweeting and Sharon Malbone.
