He is survived by: his parent Ora Hackett (Collins); his spouse Betty Jane Hakes-Chapman; his daughters, Lynn Green of Rochester, Dianne Becker (Norman) of Cazenovia and Lorie Ewell of Maynardsville; his stepson Edward Chapman (Karen) of East Otto; and his sister Loretta Prefontaine of Florida. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
