He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin and Judy; and his brothers, Randy and Carlton. He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his daughters, Cassandra Allen and Kayla Price (Dewayne); and his siblings, Benjamin, Julie Foster, Cherie Cool, Wendy Herringshaw, Crystal Smith and Robin Palmeter. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
