He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred William Farnell and Marion Hinman Farnell; and his brother Alfred Farnell. He is survived by: his close friend Beatrice Lamphere; his wife Beatrice; his daughters, Sandy Farnell, Barb (Farnell), Lee Lamphere, Jennifer (Farnell), Russell Winkler and Sharon Farnell; his grandchildren, Katie, Benjamin, Jacob, Andrea and Stephen; and his sister-in-law Pat Farnell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
