He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Sweeney and Shirley Sweeney (Miller); and his brother Pat Sweeney. He is survived by: his wife Tina Mary DesGrosielliers; his children, Jake Sweeney, Dani Engert of Frankfort, Abigail Sweeney, Austin Green of Mohawk and Mary Sweeney; his siblings, Theresa Sweeney of Utica, Jeffrey Sweeney and Cassie of Mohawk; his grand-dogs, Finley, Amaretto, Phoenix, Benny, Lola and Ellie; his mother-in-law Katherine DesGrosielliers; and his sisters-in-law, Tammy DesGrosielliers and Lisa Robinson (Steve). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
