He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert and Evelyn; his siblings, Patricia, Richard, Lewis and Mary Lou Bartsch; his wife Margaret; his children, Rosemary, Jacqueline, Robert Andrew and Matthew; his grandchildren, Christopher and Victoria; and his friend Bob.
