It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter N. Fulgan Jr. (Latham, New York), born in Troy, New York, who passed away on November 2, 2017, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Peter Fulgan Sr; his wife Patricia A. Fulgan (Swart); and his brother Pasquale "Footsy" Fulgan. He is survived by: his parent Teresa Fusco Fulgan; his children, Angela Simeone (Vic), Peter Fulgan (Gail), Kimberly Comproski, Gina Ellenbogen (Adam) and Toni Howard (Dave); and his friends, Mary Galuski and Salvatore Corleone.
