She is survived by: her pet Max; her husband Roger Stumpf; her children, Rob Stumpf, Charlemae Mara, Cheryl Bluth (Randy), Lori Biskup (John), Pam Zumbo (Chris) and Lisa Whitacre (Don); her grandchildren, Mara, Bobby Stumpf, Tyler Radzyminski (Kayla Callister), Brianna Eberle, Tessa (Luke Lavera), Nick, Sam Biskup and Hudson Whitacre; her siblings, Shirley Fennell (Tom Kelso), Sandy Stah (Tom) and Fred Male (Debbie); her friend Penny; her grandchildren, Fred and Debbie; and also, Bob, Helen Cornell, Joyce, Harry Grounds and Pinochle.

This past year, Covid19 kept many away from Penny for fear of infecting her, but she knew you were with her in spirit.
