She was predeceased by: her parents, Roberta Payne of Shady and Thomas Payne of Shady; her brothers, John and Tom; and her son Eugene "Buddy" Shultis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Dudek (Charles) and Therese Fernandez (Ray); and her granddaughter Mairin Dudek.
In lieu of flowers donations should be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
