It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Ann (Smolarek) Gervase of Lancaster, New York, who passed away on May 4, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her sons, Justin Gervase (Heidi) and Matthew Smolarek (Alexia); her grandchildren, Trinity and Jackson; and her siblings, Norm Smolarek, Mickey Monte and Sue Kubiak. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
