He was predeceased by: his father Robert Smaczniak; and his siblings, Sandra Schaber (late Conrad) and Daniel. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne M.; his children, Jacob (Nicole) and Jennifer Smaczniak (Austin Gullo); his grandchildren, Noah and Skylar; his mother Mary Smaczniak; his brother Larry (late Barbara); and his brother-in-law Mark Setlock. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
