He was predeceased by: his parents, William Garland (late Kate) and Constance Ernst (late Al); his brother Richard Garland; and his brother-in-law Joseph B. Boxhorn (Deborah). He is survived by: his spouse Beverly M. Garland; his sons, Paul R. Jr. Garland (Heather), Max Garland and Zachary Garland (Michele); his stepchildren, Megan Kosek and Aaron Kosek; his grandchildren, Piper, Paige and Kamden Kosek; his siblings, William (Peggy), Thomas (Kathy) and John; and his mother-in-law Marilyn Boxhorn (late Joseph). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many dear and special friends.
Memorials may be made in Paul's name to Hospice Buffalo.
