It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia A. Pokorski of Lancaster, New York, who passed away on June 11, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Eugene Pokorski; and her children, Donna Chowaniec (Thomas), Michael Pokorski (Sheryl), Patrick Pokorski (Lynn), Karen Smith (Gregg) and Robert Pokorski. She was also cherished by 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Pat's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the SPCA Serving Erie County.
