She was predeceased by: her parents, George Adams and Carmela Adams; and her sister Ann Lombardo. She is survived by: her sons, Joseph and Ben Dutka (Colleen); her husband Samuel T. Dutka; her brother-in-law Donald Lombardo (Roxann Ferazzoli); her nephew Dean Lombardo (Becky); and her great-nephews, Dylan and Derek Lombardo. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Gabriel's Church in Marge's name.
