She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Patrick (Michelle), Christopher (Sarah Enders), Jesse (Christine) and Richard Kozak; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ryan Krug (Amanda), Alexander Kozak and Jackson Kozak.
