He was predeceased by: his son John R. Burdick; and his sister Eloise Hopkins. He is survived by: his wife Mimi Burdick; and his daughter Susan DeMuth (Randy). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, a niece and nephews.
