He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Jane Lelek; his parents, Agnes Lelek and Albert Lelek; and his sister Eleanor Grabowski. He is survived by: his children, Michele Morkis and Mary Jean Lelek (Stephen Persons); his pet Jacob; and his siblings, Dorothy Gorski (Ed), Sonny Lelek, Joan Lelek and Carolyn Ratel. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
