Nelson of Lancaster, New York, born in Jamestown, New York, who passed away on June 22, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Einar Franson and Edith Johnson Franson; her former husband Rodney E. Nelson; her husband John Hanselman; and her siblings, June Wakeley and Paul Franson.
She is survived by: her children, James Nelson (Diane) of Ooltewah, TN, Jeff Nelson (Marsha) of Lancaster, NY and Janice Nelson (Kevin) of Bemus Point, NY; her grandchildren, Eric Nelson (Kristin) of McKinney, TX, Andrew Nelson of Huntsville, AL, Joshua Densmore of Lakewood, NY, Christopher Densmore (Kara) of Jamestown, Jessica Nelson of Lancaster, NY, Julianne of Kenmore, NY, Kristina Nelson of Kenmore, NY, Brianna Meek (Guy) of Spring Hill, FL and Garrett Nelson (Pam Colon) of Rochester, NY; her great grandchildren, Anna Nelson of Philadelphia, PA, Ethan, Charlie Densmore of Jamestown, Avery and Guy Jr. Meek of Spring Hill, FL.; and her brother David Franson (Margaret) of Clinton, CT. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
