He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Puccio and Rose Puccio. He is survived by: his wife Judith M. Puccio; his son Todd Puccio (Susan); his grandchildren, Dylan and Alyssa Puccio; and his siblings-in-law, Charles Koehler (Renee) and Nancy Stumm (Thomas). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
