She is survived by: her children, Timothy (Maureen), Jill Galenski, Patrick and Jeffrey (Tammy); her grandchildren, Jennifer, Brian, Nicole, Tyler, Jacob and John; and her brother Henry Tabaczynski (Maureen). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
