She is survived by: her husband Larry Soto; her children, Rhonda Weldy (John Cadieux) and John Soto (Janelle Cecchini); her grandchildren, Christopher Planton, Terry Weldy Jr., Kaylee Soto, John Soto Jr. and Morgan Soto; her great grandchildren, Zennin and Tyler; and her siblings, Kenneth Rackley (Lucy), Paul Rackley and Leslie LeRoy. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
