Anthony J. Smaczniak Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anthony J. Smaczniak of Lancaster, New York, who passed away on September 29, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Gerald Smaczniak (Sandy). He is survived by: his wife Virginia Smaczniak; his daughters, Paula Marie Davoli (Ronald) and Suzanne Marie Stoll (Robert); his grandchildren, Jessica (Robert), Joseph, Caroline, William and Michael; his great grandchild Ryan; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Jane and Theodore Slawinowski (Pam). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canisius University Colonel Anthony J. '55 and Virginia P. '83 Smaczniak Endowed Scholarship Fund.
