We are sad to announce that on October 22, 2018, Victoria (Sewastynowicz) Usiak (Lackawanna, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Harry; and her sibling John. She is survived by: her children, Ann Marie Tsakos (late George), Joan Usiak and Judith Kubik (late Adam); her grandchild Georgia Tsakos; and her siblings, Edwin, Constantine and Mary. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
