He is survived by: his children, Luanne Klotzbach (Kevin) and Dawn Madar-Kelleher; his grandchildren, Jillian (Paul), Brittany, Sara and Kelly; his great grandchildren, Charlotte and Victoria; and his parent Anna Madar. He is also survived by four brothers and two sisters; also survived by nieces, nephews.
