He was predeceased by: his wife Marcy Kilton; his parents, Victor Kilton and Glenice Kilton; and his siblings, Judy Feig and Robert Kilton.

He is survived by: his children, Larry E. Kilton Jr. (Nancy) and Tina Brown (Cory). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
