He was predeceased by: his parent Bogumil; and his sibling Frederick. He is survived by: his spouse Julia; his children, Mary Ellen Hickox, Peggie Cunningham (John), Andrew, Joseph (Sandy), Dziadzi of Julie Anna, Green, Amber, Jason Hickox, Jeffrey Cunningham, Emily Frigo (Kyle) and Phillip Dominiak; and his parent Helen.
